The accessibility to the railway station was the main reason we chose this hotel and it was perfect for that as we arrived on the Eurostar and left on the Eurostar. The staff were great and really helpful. The room had everything we needed, nothing fancy but clean. The eco credentials of the hotel were impressive. A 5 Euro voucher was provided if there was no housekeeping required. This is a great initiative that other hotels could look at rather than using the environment as a reason not to provide that service. We weren't in a position to use the 5 Euro, so we didn't gain anything from it. But kudos to the property.

The room was clean. The cleaning staff are Eastern European but very friendly and respectful. Walking distance to Brussels midi/Zuid station known as Zuid midi station. Restaurants and supermarket round the corner at hotel. Day travel pass is about €8 valid or 24 hours and easy excess to metro. Make sure you try Brussels authenthic chocolate, waffles and hot chocolate. And famous Brussels Frites (Fries). Key spots: Mannekin pis statue, Brussels Grand palace, Jacquemark Clock, Automium, Triumphac arch, Royal Museum just next to Triunphac arch.

Clean room, nice picture on the wall, close to the train station. I made a mistake in the date when making the reservation and inquired about changing the date to a week later. The hotel quickly responded and changed the date without increasing the price, even though other hotels nearby where I compared prices were more expensive for the later date.

The building and room were clean and organized. The bed, pillow, sheets, and shower were very clean, good, and comfortable. The location is good as it is only a few meters away from public transportation and Gare Du Midi. There are several restaurant options nearby. The hotel offers a complimentary coffee/milk/tea machine and has a table you can use, so we bought bread at the supermarket and it served very well for our breakfast. The hotel also offers a paid breakfast option.

Very clean, bright and modern, with several facilities onsite - reception, breakfast and bar, lockers. Despite facing a busy road, rooms well insulated from noise.

The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Brussels Zuid, making it exceptionally convenient. My stay at this establishment was unplanned, prompted by the cancellation of my Eurostar journey. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and kind, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Noteworthy was their proactive approach to accommodating guests with early departures. Despite the usual Saturday breakfast start time of 7:00 AM, they graciously commenced service at 6:45 AM to cater to the needs of those, like myself, catching the first Eurostar service. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction and flexibility in ensuring a positive stay.

Our room was in the basement, which meant we didn't have a great signal, but the hotel does provide WiFi, which was great. The lower floor was quiet. The room was clean with everything of good quality and well put together. The bed was comfortable but additional pillows would have been good, there was only 1 pillow each. The location is almost directly across from the station which was great for arrival and departure, there are shops and places to eat and drink nearby. During the couple of interactions I had with the staff, they were all very friendly and approachable. I would have no problem staying here again in the future

Good breakfast, location is good, bus and train station stops very close (5 min walk) and within walking distance to central areas of interest (about 20 mins walk). Staff were great and really accomodating. Coffee machine and water at reception is free whenever you need. A good comfortable stay.

1) Location - 2 minute walk to Brussels-Midi where you can take train to anywhere in Belgium. 2) Staff - Arrived very late due to flight delays but Himad made every effort to ensure I have all the information to make my stay enjoyable 3) Environment-friendly policies - incentives to protect environment by giving 5 Eur vouchers if guests hang a "No service needed" card on the door. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night so was unable to benefit from this 4) Free hot coffee & tea, water at the lobby 5) Room was very well maintained and looked very new for a 5-year old establishment. 6) Full range of TV programs 7) Bathroom was very new. Ample hot water. 8) Room was warm and comfortable - one of the best beds and pillows I have slept on during my trip
